Post-Partum Meal Plans

The Cafe Eli partners with local midwives to connect new parents with nutritious meals.

Based on the principles in The First Forty Days by Heng Ou, the post-partum meal plan focuses on organic fruits + vegetables, whole grains and protein.

Each meal comes with four portions. Plans will be customized to fit your dietary needs. Snacks, Breakfast + Dessert are also available.

I use organic ingredients and shop for local, produce, meat + dairy at the farmers markets as much as possible.

Seared Mahi Mahi (Omega-3)

Gently seared skinless fillet, winter squash puree, steamed green veggies (gluten-free)

Adzuki Bean + Beef Stew

Slow-cooked grass fed beef, greens + red beans in kombu-infused broth (gluten-free)
